Testing methodology

Every review and recommendation on highlevel.ai is based on hands-on testing across 3 live client accounts. We have been actively using GoHighLevel since mid-2024, giving us over 18 months of continuous, real-world experience with the platform. We do not review features we have not personally tested.

What we evaluate

Each review covers the following criteria:

Update cadence

All content on highlevel.ai is reviewed and updated monthly to reflect the latest changes to GoHighLevel's platform, pricing, and features. Major revisions, including full re-testing and re-scoring, are conducted quarterly.

Corrections policy

If you find a factual error in any of our content, please email corrections@highlevel.ai. We aim to respond to all correction requests within 48 hours. When corrections are made, we add a transparent correction note at the top of the affected article with the date and nature of the change.
